Senior Technician
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • MCSE
  • Any additional qualifications
    • MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • 5 Years experience in IT industry
    • SPECIFIC SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
  • Microsoft and Networking diploma's /certificates, and or knowledge
    • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Installing, Servicing and Maintaining of equipment at all clients, including but not limited to:
      • Software
        • Voice related products - optional
        • CRM Products
        • Microsoft and all related products
      • Hardware
        • Building, installing and repairing of PC's
        • Building, installing and repairing of Servers
        • Printers
      • General
        • Voice related products - optional
        • Internet Access Support (Dial-up, ADSL, 3G and Diginet)
        • LAN and WAN Support
